About Us
Kidz Watch Cincinnati was born from our family and designed for your family.
As young parents raising big families, we grew to realize the value of high quality,
dependable childcare that was available when we needed it.
Traditional childcare, although important, had become in many ways, antiquated.
The idea to offer care that was spontaneous, as well as, scheduled… seemed revolutionary.
We knew from our own experiences, that for parents, time with their children is cherished and more time together would strengthen families and in turn our community. To that end, Kidz Watch is uniquely flexible offering hourly, daily and weekly care packages as well as evening care. Kidz Watch is contract free and operates with a “pay as you go” model creating contemporary childcare for today’s families.

They have been handpicked because of their unique ability to pay attention to detail, critically think, implicitly follow state regulations, while being gentle, kindly, playful and loving to every child in their care. Our team has been built with diversity of thought and background and solidified with a true love of all children. Many of our team members have been with us for several years and their longevity speaks to the good that happens daily at Kidz Watch.
Kidz Watch employees operate as a team. Each team member has been FBI and Ohio BCI background checked. They hold CPR and First Aid certificates as well as course work in communicable disease and child abuse recognition. Many of our team have bachelor’s degrees and/or CDA certificates and are required to complete 20 hours of continuing education hours each year.

We offer a range of programs to meet the needs of children at different stages of development. Our programs include infant and toddler care, preschool, before and after-school care, and summer camp. Each program is designed to provide a safe and nurturing environment that supports the growth and development of each child.
